Can you talk to someone else about my application, like a relative or a support worker?

Yes we can talk to a third party about your application form. However we will only do so if we have your written permission to talk to them. If you tell us you want us to talk to someone else about your application, we will send you a Permission to Share Information Form. Once you sign this and send it back to us, we can talk to that person.

Why have you made changes to your FOI policy?

We have changed our FOI policy to comply with the Freedom of Information Act 2014.
