We began accepting applications on the January 6th 2014. To be eligible to apply, you must have spent time in an institution as a child, and received an award through settlement, Court or the Residential Institutions Redress Board in relation to your time in an institution.
The application process is in two parts. Please fill in the Application Form Part 1 and return it to us. When we have this information we will verify that you are eligible to apply to us and will be back in touch with you to tell you about the next steps and to help you in any way we can. You can download the application form below.
